Responsibilities:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Support Representative responsible for supporting E-commerce systems at Solid Payments in Limassol. The role involves providing customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, offering technical support, troubleshooting issues, and utilizing analytical skills to resolve challenges.
Manage information technology systems, including application management and configuration settings.
Troubleshoot, set up, and provide first-level support for our online clients.
Provide technical support primarily via email and phone.
Assist new clients in connecting to our servers via API, including assistance, training, testing, and various definitions.
Preparing relevant reports to clients.
Requirements:
Technologically adept, independent, and professional, with the ability to manage tasks and emails in a professional manner.
Organized and responsible, with a quick learning ability for information systems and work processes.
Previous experience in support at a hi-tech company or e-commerce business, particularly in managing information systems and technological products at the configuration level, with a focus on providing support and service to international customers, is a significant advantage.
Proficiency in English is a must, with excellent writing skills.
Proven experience in support management in English, SLA management, service calls, and CRM systems is an advantage.
Experience and background in web development and APIs are a plus.
Experience in the online field is a significant advantage.
