Purpose:
We are looking for a Server Engineer with MT4/5 server administration experience and extensive knowledge of networking and Windows Server Administration to join our Technical Support Team under Group's Trading Department.
Responsibilities:
- Manage MT4/5 servers and proprietary trading software.
- Optimize connectivity of aggregation engines/bridges, including third-party plugins.
- Monitor servers, services, network status, and trading system performance.
- Implement backup and failover solutions.
- Conduct audits and performance assessments of trading servers and systems.
- Investigate server crashes and network issues, providing detailed reports.
- Resolve server downtime to maintain trading platform operations.
- Oversee projects like server migration and network optimization.
- Manage relationships with vendors and service providers.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in data analysis languages like SQL and Python.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Experience in MT4/5 administration and bridging technology (PrimeXM, OneZero).
- Knowledge of MT4/5 integrations, server migrations, and gateway designs.
- Experience in conducting server audits.
- Able to work on shifts (morning and evening shift) and over weekends when requested.
