YOUR ROLE
The Business Coordination Specialist will act as a central figure ensuring efficient collaboration between Business Development, Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams within the FX/CFDs business. This individual will work closely with the COO, playing a vital role in driving projects, creating strategic plans, and ensuring the alignment of department goals to meet organizational objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in business development and marketing, coupled with a proactive, hands-on approach, creativity, and exceptional organizational skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Cross-Departmental Project Management: Plan, execute, and monitor strategic projects to ensure timely delivery and alignment across teams.
- Business Development Support: Identify growth opportunities, analyze market trends, and contribute to client acquisition and retention strategies.
- Marketing Strategy: Collaborate with the Marketing team on campaigns and initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Sales Operations: Support the Sales team by streamlining processes, managing leads in CRM, and aligning campaigns with revenue targets.
- Operational Efficiency: Implement process improvements, ensuring smooth client onboarding and operational alignment.
- Strategic Planning: Assist the COO in creating reports, presentations, and dashboards to monitor KPIs and strategic goals.
- Client Relations: Maintain relationships with key clients, acting as a point of escalation to ensure timely resolution of issues.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- 2+ years of experience in business development and marketing, preferably in FX/CFDs or financial services.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, marketing platforms, and data analysis.
- A proactive, hands-on approach with a creative and strategic mindset.
