Position Summary: Provides general secretarial and administrative support to the Agency Department (operation and function) in adherence to company policies and regulations, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Provides exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions; Provides administrative support to the Agency Sales Force Team.
- Performs quality assurance processes between Agency Sales Force and Operations departments.
- Performs monitoring and follow ups on pending issues/tasks.
- Checks and coordinates documentation submission between the agency and the Head Office.
- Process billing inquiries and assist in payment processing.
- Prepares and submits reports accurately and timely as required by management.
- Assist in maintaining compliance with insurance regulations and policies.
- Provides administrative support regarding meetings, training sessions, and agency events.
- Provides any additional administrative support required by direct manager.
- Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a well-organized and efficient work environment.
- Maintain and manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory.
Requirements:
- College Degree in Secretarial Studies or other relevant areas;
- Minimum 1 year experience at administrative/secretarial position; preferably within the Insurance/Brokerage Industry;
- Very Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, World and Outlook);
- Very Good knowledge of Greek and English, both written and spoken;
- Excellent communication skills, proven team player;
- Resilient personality with the ability to promptly address multiple requests;
- Self-disciplined person with good time management skills;
- Precise, prompt, customer focused;
- Pleasant personality, honest and reliable;
