Role Description
Magnify Communications Ltd is looking for a creative and experienced Production Designer / Art Director to join our dynamic team. If you have a passion for design, an eye for detail, and want to be part of crafting unique events, immersive experiences, and innovative projects, this is your opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop sets, spaces, and visual concepts for events, advertising campaigns, and brand activations
- Create concept boards, mood boards, and 3D renderings to present ideas to clients
- Oversee production to ensure the final result meets client expectations and Magnify’s standards
- Collaborate with event managers, PR specialists, and external partners to bring projects to life
- Research new trends in design and event production
Requirements
- Degree in Production Design, Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role (experience in an agency or event production is a plus)
- Proficiency in design software (Photoshop, Illustrator, SketchUp, AutoCAD, etc.)
- Ability to create and execute original ideas and concepts
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Team player with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced, creative environment
Preferred Qualifications (Considered a Plus)
- Experience in creating immersive and interactive experiences
- Knowledge of lighting, set construction, and space management
- Passion for innovation and out-of-the-box thinking
