We are looking for a Head of Media Partnerships to join our Squad in Malta or Cyprus!
Responsibilities
- Acquire and develop new media partnerships to expand our international network and enhance brand visibility globally.
- Monitor and report on traffic and engagement metrics, including:
- Number of clicks from trackable links.
- Number of coupon code uses per influencer, if applicable.
- Revenue generated by media partners and influencers.
- Analyze and track content and media metrics, including:
- Data generated from content assets, media partners, and influencers.
- Article metrics: Page views, unique page views, average time spent reading.
- Social media metrics from partners: Overall engagement, reach, impressions, video views.
- Social media metrics from influencer campaigns: Number of posts, overall engagement, reach, impressions.
- Manage contract renewals and extensions to maintain long-term, high-quality relationships with media partners, including:
- Number of contracts renewed or lost after each summit.
- Number of contracts extended for other summits.
- Oversee lead and communication metrics, ensuring effective international outreach, including:
- Number of leads received.
- Number of introduction emails sent.
- Number of follow-up emails sent.
- Number of agreements closed.
- Maintain and update the media partnership database.
- Ensure all key information per media partnership is recorded and included in HubSpot, adhering to sales team and company processes.
- Develop and submit innovative proposals every six months to enhance media partnership strategies, such as:
- MD table during awards.
- Influencer strategies. o HubSpot implementation.
- New media offerings.
- Perform any other ad hoc or ancillary tasks related to the project as assigned by the client.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in media partnerships, business development, or a related field.
- Proven track record of acquiring and managing media partnerships, preferably within the gaming or a similar industry.
- Experience in international markets and understanding of global media landscapes.
- Project management experience with a history of leading successful campaigns and initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills to monitor and report on metrics, analyze data, and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building and maintaining relationships with media partners and influencers.
- Negotiation skills to secure and renew contracts.
- Strategic thinking and innovation to develop and propose new media partnership strategies.
- Organizational skills to manage multiple partnerships and projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., HubSpot) and other relevant tools for managing partnerships and campaigns.
- Social media expertise to analyze and track social media metrics and campaign performance.
