Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Project Manager at Magnify Communications Ltd. The Client Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day project tasks, managing client relationships, ensuring service delivery excellence, and negotiating project terms. The role involves coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
Key responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the main point of contact.
- Understand clients’ marketing objectives, brand strategies, and business goals.
- Oversee end-to-end execution of experiential PR campaigns and brand activation projects.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets while ensuring delivery within scope and budget.
- Collaborate with creative, production, and logistics teams for seamless execution.
- Address project challenges promptly and implement proactive solutions.
The ideal Candidate:
- Bachelor in Marketing, Communication, Public Relations or Business Administration
- At least 5 years of experience in a Public Relations Agency, Advertising Agency or other Marketing & Communication Office.
- Restless spirit, innovative thinking, creativity and experience in Marketing and PR practices
- Ability to negotiate, manage time, perform multiple tasks and communicate with clients, politeness, consistency, responsibility, organizational and team spirit
- Experience in managing big clients will be considered as an additional asset
- Excellent knowledge of English & Greek (both written & oral)
