NTU International A/S is leading a consortium for the implementation of the EU funded project called: Diversity Mainstreaming in The Maritime Sector and is searching for key experts to support the core team during the implementation of this project.
Duration: The intended start date is March 2025 and the services shall be provided for a period of 12 months from this date.
Key Expert: Communication Specialist (Cat. II):
☝️ Qualifications and skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Business, Human Resources, or a relevant directly related discipline (Minimum requirement).
- Excellent command of English language (CEFR C1) (Minimum requirement)
- Working knowledge of Dutch language will be considered an advantage.
- Change management skill will be considered a strong asset.
☝️ General professional experience:
- At least 10 years’ work experience in the preparation of materials to disseminate results and evidence from sector specific studies (Minimum requirement).
☝️ Specific professional experience:
- At least 5 years’ work experience in the organisation and management of capacity building workshops (Minimum requirement).
- At least 5 years of experience working with public sector entities (Minimum requirement).
- Experience in the maritime sector would be an advantage.
- Experience in the gender, diversity and inclusion related projects would be an advantage.
- Good knowledge of EU policies/legislation relevant to gender equality in employment demonstrated by previous professional experience would be an advantage.
- Knowledge of major gender and diversity equality principles and their application in a European context would be considered an advantage.
