We are seeking an experienced
Junior Architect to join our team. The successful candidate will oversee the architectural design and management of projects, focusing on
hotel and leisure developments, as well as contributing to
residential and commercial ventures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in conceptual design and development phases of projects
- Prepare detailed drawings, plans, and renderings using architectural software
- Support senior architects and project managers in design coordination and documentation
- Conduct site visits and assist with on-site project supervision when required
- Collaborate with clients, consultants, and team members to achieve project goals
Requirements
Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in architecture or equivalent
Experience:
- 1-3 years of professional experience in architectural design (internship experience will also be considered)
Skills:
- Proficiency in architectural software, including AutoCAD/ARCHICAD and rendering tools
- Strong knowledge of design principles and construction processes
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with colleagues and clients
- A creative mindset and eagerness to learn and grow within the field of architecture
