Due to our continuous growth, we are seeking to recruit a highly motivated and creativeindividual to join our Exports team as an
Exports Sales Executive. Reporting to the Exports Director, the Exports Sales Executive will be responsible for managing the day-to-day needs of the customer accounts in his/her area of responsibility and identifying new opportunities for our Exports activity.
Main duties and responsibilities:
Order Processing:
- Ensures the smooth flow of orders in the assigned markets in collaboration with the Customer Service (CS) team for any modifications, code replacements, discounts, and provides customers with necessary documents, certificates, etc
- Monitors the payment status of customers and facilitates communication to ensure the smooth processing of orders, including release approvals
Pricing:
- Manages the day-to-day business of clients and markets by preparing price lists and analyzing sales data
- Monitors the consistent image and pricing policy of the company's brands in international markets
Reporting:
- Conducts detailed sales forecasting per market and client on an annual and monthly basis
- Participates in the preparation of the company's annual Export Budget
- Processes analyses of sales data, customer performance, profitability, etc., and contributes to the preparation of related presentations
Business Development:
- Submits proposals for the strategy of the area of his/her responsibility with regards to the opening of new markets or the management of existing ones and implements the strategy in collaboration with team members
- Monitors new trends in the assigned markets and provides recommendations for the new product development
- Frequently travels abroad to visit key clients, identify new opportunities, provide support, etc
- Participates in the world's largest food & beverage fairs (e.g. ANUGA, SIAL) and coordinates the preparation, organization of the booth, and the follow-up of contacts made
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or any relevant field
- Master's degree in Marketing or Management will be considered an asset
- 1-2 years of relevant work experience ideally in a FMCG environment
- Excellent knowledge of Greek and English language (verbal & written)
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Business acumen and strategic thinking
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Attention-to-detail and results-driven
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, act independently and make timely decisions
- Familiarity with SAP is considered a plus
