Key Responsibilities
- Be the go-to expert for HR policies, ensuring they meet both employee needs and business goals.
- Create and manage Employment Agreements with precision, using our ready-made templates.
- Keep employee records organized and secure, maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality.
- Help new hires get started by coordinating bank account setups and GESY registrations.
- Oversee payroll processes to ensure timely and accurate payments, following Cyprus labor practices.
- Make relocations seamless by supporting every step of the process for incoming team members.
- Welcome new employees with an exceptional onboarding experience that sets them up for success.
- Play a key role in designing and rolling out new policies and initiatives to support a growing team.
Requirements
- Proven experience in HR operations within Cypriot companies.
- Deep understanding of Cypriot labor laws, tax systems, and employment regulations.
- Strong people management skills and the ability to build positive relationships.
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a sense of ownership.
- Initiative and a hands-on approach to tackling challenges.
