German-Speaking Conversion Agent to join our dynamic Limassol team and drive client engagement and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively engage with high-quality incoming leads and convert them into active clients.
- Nurture relationships by following up with new leads and guiding them through the onboarding process.
- Share marketing promotions and offers to attract potential clients to the company’s services.
- Provide comprehensive information about the platform and updates on relevant financial markets.
- Encourage leads to complete verification, deposits, and their first transactions.
- Actively promote the company’s brand to build trust and enhance client acquisition efforts.
Requirements
- Language Skills: Fluent in German (spoken and written) and fluent in English (minimum B2 level).
- Experience:
- Proven experience in FX sales is essential.
- Knowledge of financial markets or trading experience is highly advantageous.
- Prior sales experience with a focus on client conversion and retention is preferred.
- Qualifications:
- Eligibility to work in Cyprus is required.
- CySEC Basic Certification is a strong asset.
- Skills:
- Self-motivated and target-driven, with a focus on achieving sales goals.
- Team player with a collaborative approach to meeting client needs.
- Proficient in MS Excel for tracking performance metrics (advanced skills are a plus).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address client concerns effectively.
