Job Summary
We are seeking experienced German-speaking Retention Agents to join our office in Romania.In this role, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction,and maximizing client retention. You will play a crucial role in maintaining our reputation forexcellence and driving our business forward.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships withexisting clients, ensuring their needs are met and they receive top-notch service.
Retention Strategies: Implement effective retention strategies to keep clients engagedand satisfied with our services.
Client Support: Provide clients with timely and accurate information about our productsand services, addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
Account Management: Monitor client accounts and activity, ensuring compliance withcompany policies and regulatory requirements.
Sales and Upselling: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our productsand services to existing clients.
Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from clients to help improve our products,services, and overall client experience.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless clientexperience and address any issues that may arise.
Requirements
Language Skills: Native or fluent German speaker.
Experience: Proven experience in a retention or customer service role, preferably withinthe Forex or financial industry.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Germanand English.
Customer Focus: Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build andmaintain relationships.
Sales Skills: Ability to identify sales opportunities and effectively upsell products andservices.
Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex clientissues.
Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with otherdepartments.
Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and client needs.
