Group Corporate Manager

C.Y Actuaries and Consultants Ltd, on behalf of a client, a Group of Companies with diverse business operations, seeks to recruit a Group Corporate Manager, to join their expanding team in Nicosia.
The successful candidate will oversee the daily operations of the group, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and in compliance with group standards, playing a key role in supporting the Managing Partner.
Responsibilities
- Supervising daily operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with group standards
- Overseeing vendor relationships, contracts, and legal agreements (e.g., resolutions, PoAs, paralegal, drafting of agreements)
- Dealing with KYC, and AML activities
- Administrating invoices, payments, and financial transactions
- Leading the financial planning and monitoring of budgets
- Maintaining organised and updated the corporate filing system
- Dealing with personnel matters effectively
- Managing and executing project management tasks to support business development initiatives and drive growth
- Acting as the primary point of contact for external advisors/collaborators, including among others IT, accounting, and legal professionals
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Law or a related field
- Holder of the CySEC Certification will be considered an advantage
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in operations, financial management, or a similar role
- Previous experience working in a small size firm or leading a team is highly desirable
- Familiarity with corporate filings, vendor management, and compliance (e.g., KYC, AML)
- Exceptional organisational, and time management skills
- Problem-solving mentality with strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Proven ability to work efficiently and effectively, both independently and collaboratively in a team setting
- Computer literate
- Excellent oral and written communication skills both in Greek and English languages
Remuneration
