B2Tech is seeking an experienced
Agile Project Manager and Scrum Master to oversee and manage the successful delivery of multiple projects across the organization.
In this role, you will drive high-quality project management standards, coordinate project sub-streams, and ensure alignment between technical and operational stakeholders.
You will be key in facilitating Agile practices, guiding Scrum teams, and bridging communication between internal and external partners.
YOUR IMPACT:
- Manage projects throughout the entire lifecycle, ensuring high standards and alignment across sub-streams.
- Own the project planning framework, tracking plans to meet appropriate standards.
- Oversee multiple projects, track timelines, and ensure accountability among involved parties.
- Act as a liaison between internal teams and external partners, ensuring effective cross-functional communication.
- Support Product Managers in building a healthy backlog and prioritizing requirements (Epics, stories).
- Lead and align Scrum teams with overall business goals and direction.
- Provide hands-on coaching in Agile, Scrum, and Kanban.
- Report on project milestones, risks, and success metrics to leadership.
OUR REQUIREMENTS:
- 4+ years as an Agile Project Manager, 2+ years as a Scrum Master.
- Expertise in project management, delivery, and stakeholder management.
- Proficient with tools like JIRA and Confluence.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English, with excellent presentation abilities.
- Strong understanding of web technologies and full-stack development.
