Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat for various industries
Assist customers with questions regarding products and services
Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
Collaborate with team members to handle customer issues effectively
Educate customers about product features and troubleshoot any concerns
Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve service quality
Participate in ongoing training to expand knowledge about different industries

Requirements

Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
Strong multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
Customer-centric approach with a commitment to quality service
Familiarity with CRM tools and customer service software is an advantage
