Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat for various industries
- Assist customers with questions regarding products and services
- Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
- Collaborate with team members to handle customer issues effectively
- Educate customers about product features and troubleshoot any concerns
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve service quality
- Participate in ongoing training to expand knowledge about different industries
Requirements
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
- Strong multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
- Customer-centric approach with a commitment to quality service
- Familiarity with CRM tools and customer service software is an advantage
