We are looking to hire an energetic Back Office Officer!

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Implement strong Know Your Client and Know your Business procedure to all existing and potential clients
Ensure that all necessary documentation is collected, accurately recorded in the client’s folders and that Company’s CRM software is updated
Validate provided documentation with an independent third party electronic software
Process applications for Individual and Corporate Live trading account /Affiliate account (Introducing Broker) / Money Manager account in line with the Company’s policies and procedures
Amend client’s accounts (e.g. leverage, profile etc.) into the Company’s CRM software, MT4 and MT5
Keep client records (i.e. agreements, ID documents, applications, Know Your Client Information) in electronic form
Liaise with other departments to escalate and resolve all client issues in a timely manner
Identify and address problems and opportunities for improving systems, aiming to upscale department’s performance

CANDIDATE PROFILE:

Minimum 3 year of previous work experience within a CFD broker or Investment Firm is a must
Computer literate –very good knowledge of MS Excel and Word
Knowledge of MT4 and MT5 platforms
Excellent communication skills in English
Integrity, discreteness, trustworthiness and reliability
Paying attention to detail, proactive character
Willingness to learn and grow
Ability to deliver under pressure
Ability to work full time from our office located in the lovely area of Limassol
