Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Key Account Manager to manage and grow relationships with our high-value clients in the gaming and gambling sectors. The ideal candidate will have experience in account management within high-risk payment environments and a strong understanding of the regulatory and operational challenges in these industries.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, serving as their primary point of contact.
Account Growth: Identify opportunities to expand services, upsell solutions, and increase revenue from assigned accounts.
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement account management strategies tailored to the unique needs of high-risk clients in gaming and gambling.
Payment Solutions Expertise: Provide clients with insights and recommendations on payment processing options, risk mitigation, and regulatory compliance.
Issue Resolution: Act as the escalation point for any client concerns or operational issues, ensuring swift resolution and client satisfaction.
Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to proactively address client needs.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams such as compliance, risk, product development, and customer support to deliver exceptional service and tailored solutions.
Reporting & Analysis: Provide regular performance reports, forecasts, and updates to clients and internal stakeholders.

Requirements:

Proven experience in account management, ideally within the high-risk payment processing or financial services sector.
In-depth understanding of the gaming and gambling industries, including their regulatory and operational landscapes.
Strong knowledge of payment solutions, risk management, and compliance practices.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Proactive and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field (preferred).
Familiarity with UK and global gaming and gambling regulations (e.g., UKGC requirements) is a strong advantage.
