Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Key Account Manager to manage and grow relationships with our high-value clients in the gaming and gambling sectors. Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, serving as their primary point of contact.

- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement account management strategies tailored to the unique needs of high-risk clients in gaming and gambling.

- Issue Resolution: Act as the escalation point for any client concerns or operational issues, ensuring swift resolution and client satisfaction.

- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field (preferred).
