Join Our Team: Corporate Administrator

We are expanding our team and we are seeking a dedicated Corporate Administrator with at least 4 years of experience to join our dynamic firm. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in managing corporate compliance and administrative tasks, ensuring seamless operations for our diverse local and international clientele.

Key Responsibilities

Incorporate companies in Cyprus and internationally.
Manage corporate procedures with the Cyprus Registrar of Companies.
Register Ultimate Beneficial Owners (UBOs) for new and existing companies.
Prepare bank forms and oversee account opening processes.
Communicate effectively with clients, associates, organizations, and government departments.
Maintain and update company records, systems, and files.
Implement KYC, due diligence, and other compliance procedures.

Candidate Profile

Experience: Minimum 4 years in a relevant role.
Languages: Fluency in Greek and English (written and spoken).
Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Knowledge: Strong understanding of corporate procedures and statutory documentation for the Registrar of Companies.
Soft Skills: Exceptional analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.
