We are expanding our team and we are seeking a dedicated Corporate Administrator with at least 4 years of experience to join our dynamic firm. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in managing corporate compliance and administrative tasks, ensuring seamless operations for our diverse local and international clientele.

Key Responsibilities- Incorporate companies in Cyprus and internationally.
- Manage corporate procedures with the Cyprus Registrar of Companies.
- Register Ultimate Beneficial Owners (UBOs) for new and existing companies.
- Prepare bank forms and oversee account opening processes.
- Communicate effectively with clients, associates, organizations, and government departments.
- Maintain and update company records, systems, and files.
- Implement KYC, due diligence, and other compliance procedures.
Candidate Profile- Experience: Minimum 4 years in a relevant role.
- Languages: Fluency in Greek and English (written and spoken).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of corporate procedures and statutory documentation for the Registrar of Companies.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.
