Responsibilities

As a Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of CRP Security Systems by:

Identify and secure new business opportunities to grow the company’s client base.
Serve as the primary contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction and trust through exceptional service and communication.
Manage client accounts to nurture long-term partnerships and address any concerns or needs.
Create and execute effective digital marketing campaigns to generate leads and promote the company’s services.
Forge connections with key players in the security and related industries to open avenues for growth and collaboration.
Create and implement sales plans to achieve company goals and revenue targets.
Stay updated on industry developments and competitor activities to identify opportunities and risks.
Analyze sales data to provide insights and reports to senior management on a regular basis.
Attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote CRP Security Systems and its offerings.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the security systems or technology industry.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Experience in digital marketing, including campaign creation and execution. (optional)
Strategic thinking and goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales analytics.
Excellent English and Greek Language
Russian and Hebrew languages (optional)
Candidate must be able to work in Cyprus without the need for VISA

Established network within the security or technology industry.
Knowledge of the latest security technologies and solutions.
