On behalf of our client, a dynamic iGaming holding, we are looking for experienced professional to obtain the Global CRM manager role.

Position is based in Limassol, Cyprus. Relocation is provided by the company.

Responsibilities:

Oversee CRM activities across multiple group brands, including email, direct mail, and other customer communication channels.
Create and proofread compelling copy for emails, landing pages, and other customer-facing communications.
Ensure all campaign materials meet high-quality standards and adhere to brand guidelines, best practices, and compliance requirements.
Set up and manage bonus offerings using back-office tools.
Design and prepare informational landing pages, optimizing the player journey and user experience.
Independently manage workload, ensuring timely delivery of all CRM initiatives.
Conduct performance testing and optimization of campaigns, tracking results and providing regular performance reports.
Perform QA and error checks for communication setups, CRM promotions, and product-specific promotions.

Requirements:

Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the iGaming industry.
Hands-on experience with CRM strategies, including segmentation, campaign planning, execution, and analysis.
Strong proficiency in IT tools, especially Microsoft Office.
Familiarity with CRM channels such as email, SMS, and web push notifications.
Upper-intermediate level of proficiency in English.
