As a Content Creator at Phileleftheros Group, you will:

Ideate, develop and execute visually stunning, engaging, and shareable content for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, TikTok and LinkedIn.
Ideate, develop and manage content calendars for social media channels, ensuring a consistent and strategic approach.
Analyze audience engagement data and campaign performance to identify trends and opportunities for optimization.
Provide actionable insights and recommendations to refine our social media strategy and support marketing goals.
Collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency and alignment with overall content objectives.
Stay ahead of industry trends, social media platform updates, and best practices to keep our digital presence at the forefront of innovation.

To excel in this role, you need:

You should be a marketer at heart, with a deep love for everything marketing-related.
You thrive on creativity and innovation, especially when working with online products and digital campaigns.
Your ideas should reflect an understanding of audience psychology, industry trends, and cutting-edge marketing techniques.
A degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
A proven track record of creating high-performing content that drives engagement and growth.
Experience designing and editing visuals using tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, or equivalent software.
Strong knowledge of social media analytics, with the ability to interpret data and apply insights effectively.
Excellent command of the Greek and English languages.
Exceptional communication, organizational, and time management skills.
Proven ability to take initiative with a high sense of responsibility.
A creative and adaptable mindset that thrives on innovation and problem-solving.
The ability to manage tight deadlines and excel under pressure.
A collaborative, team-oriented approach to projects.
