We are looking for a results and detail driven Engineer to join our team at The Nines hotel (a new 5-star hotel at Ayia Napa).

The Engineer will be responsible for ensuring that:

the preventive and corrective maintenance of the hotel is implemented on time and as per the required standards
the hotel operates in line with the safety regulations and standards
all equipment and systems are operational at all times
the BMS system is monitoring
all relevant reports are prepared and presented to the Leadership team
the Maintenance team performs the required tasks and responsibilities as per the company's standards and values

The successful candidate will be the one with:

Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering, or any other related field
Excellent knowledge of both Greek & English languages
Minimum 2 years previous experience in a similar position in the hotel industry or any other field including the aviation, construction etc.
Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
Problem solving, organisation, decision making, attention to detail
Passion for excellence
