We are looking for a results and detail driven Engineer to join our team at The Nines hotel (a new 5-star hotel at Ayia Napa).
The Engineer will be responsible for ensuring that:
- the preventive and corrective maintenance of the hotel is implemented on time and as per the required standards
- the hotel operates in line with the safety regulations and standards
- all equipment and systems are operational at all times
- the BMS system is monitoring
- all relevant reports are prepared and presented to the Leadership team
- the Maintenance team performs the required tasks and responsibilities as per the company's standards and values
The successful candidate will be the one with:
- Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering, or any other related field
- Excellent knowledge of both Greek & English languages
- Minimum 2 years previous experience in a similar position in the hotel industry or any other field including the aviation, construction etc.
- Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
- Problem solving, organisation, decision making, attention to detail
- Passion for excellence
