People and Growth Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

HR and Talent Coordination:

Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and on boarding the right talent.
Support employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and collaborative work culture.
Help identify training and development opportunities to support team growth.

Personal Assistance to Founders and Partners:

Manage schedules, meetings, and key priorities for the founders.
Provide administrative support for daily operations and strategic projects.
Act as a liaison between founders, partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth communication.

Growth and Development:

Collaborate with business partners to maintain strong relationships and identify opportunities for growth.
Support the founders in initiatives to expand the company's network and client base.
Stay informed about trends in the Forex industry to bring fresh ideas to the table.

Operational Support:
