Position Summary:

As the Front Desk Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, while also supporting the CEO with a range of administrative and personal tasks. You’ll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities, maintaining a positive and professional environment at our front desk, and providing high-quality support to our executive team.

Key Responsibilities:

Reception & Front Desk Duties
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a welcoming and professional manner.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing them appropriately.
Manage meeting rooms, schedules, and ensure that front desk and communal areas are organized and presentable.
Executive Support for the CEO
Assist the CEO with scheduling, meeting preparation, and travel arrangements.
Handle confidential information and prioritize sensitive tasks with discretion.
Coordinate events, meetings, and communication on behalf of the CEO.
Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external contacts.
Administrative Support
Support day-to-day office operations, including managing office supplies and coordinating with suppliers.
Assist with HR, finance, or marketing tasks as required.
Maintain organized records and manage document handling effectively.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within an advertising or creative industry, is an advantage.
Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office and general office software.
Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.
