Sales Strategy: Designing and implementing sales strategies to attract and retain business clients.
Client Relationship Management: Building and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders in client organizations to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Market Research: Analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.
Negotiation and Contracts: Negotiating contracts and terms of service with clients to establish mutually beneficial agreements.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Working closely with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to align strategies and enhance service delivery.
Performance Monitoring: Tracking sales performance metrics and client feedback to improve service and product offerings.

🚀 As an ideal fit, you should have

Minimum 7 years’ experience in B2B Sales roles, managing key accounts in Cyprus
BSc in Business Administration, Management, Economics or other related field
Familiarity with SAP or similar system software (ERP) and reporting
Strong understanding of the sales process with a focus on relationship-building and account management
Excellent knowledge of the English language, both written & oral
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively
Self-motivated with a passion for achieving sales goals and exceeding customer expectations
Team player with a collaborative mind-set and the ability to contribute to a positive team culture
Available and willing to travel
