C. G. Papaloisou Ltd, a pharmaceutical company, partner of major international pharmaceutical companies in Cyprus, is looking to hire a qualified professional as an IT Officer based in Nicosia. The position will be reporting to the company's IT Manager.

Main Duties

Provide user support through ticketing system/helpdesk, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
Train end-users on new systems, software, and IT best practices.
Create comprehensive guides and documentation for common user issues. Develop clear and concise procedures for the IT Department
Install and configure computer hardware, software, printers, and other devices.
Set up new user accounts and profiles and assist with account management.
Troubleshoot basic server-related issues and escalate as needed
Assist in the monitoring of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and devices, to ensure smooth operations.
Maintain asset inventory list.
Participate in IT projects, including system upgrades, software deployments, and network expansions.
Stay informed on the latest IT trends and technologies to ensure our systems remain up to date.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science or a related field
Proven experience of minimum 3 years in IT support, or a similar role
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Administration
Experience with Azure Active Directory, including user and access management will be considered a plus
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent knowledge of Greek and English language
