C. G. Papaloisou Ltd, a pharmaceutical company, partner of major international pharmaceutical companies in Cyprus, is looking to hire a qualified professional as an IT Officer based in Nicosia. The position will be reporting to the company's IT Manager.
Main Duties
- Provide user support through ticketing system/helpdesk, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
- Train end-users on new systems, software, and IT best practices.
- Create comprehensive guides and documentation for common user issues. Develop clear and concise procedures for the IT Department
- Install and configure computer hardware, software, printers, and other devices.
- Set up new user accounts and profiles and assist with account management.
- Troubleshoot basic server-related issues and escalate as needed
- Assist in the monitoring of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and devices, to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain asset inventory list.
- Participate in IT projects, including system upgrades, software deployments, and network expansions.
- Stay informed on the latest IT trends and technologies to ensure our systems remain up to date.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science or a related field
- Proven experience of minimum 3 years in IT support, or a similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Administration
- Experience with Azure Active Directory, including user and access management will be considered a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent knowledge of Greek and English language
