Developed by a team of ex-CERN physicists and neuroscientists, and led by the former product director of Shazam Eastern Europe, Wayvee’s proprietary Emotion AI technology anonymously analyzes emotional responses in real-time. Along with evaluating Customer Satisfaction Scores (C-SAT) and key engagement metrics, Wayvee provides in-depth insights that help retailers tackle one of their biggest challenges: understanding their customers.

The team already has more than 50 members.

The team's main locations are the USA, Cyprus, and Poland.

We are looking for a motivated and organized Office Manager to become an essential part of our cozy office team (15-20 people) in Limassol (Old Town/Molos).

Key Responsibilities:

Keeping our office running smoothly: greeting visitors at the reception area; answering calls, ordering supplies, and making sure everything is clean and tidy;
Dealing with vendors: organizing repairs, paying bills, meeting deliveries;
Handling paperwork: receiving and sending correspondence;
Team support: assisting employees with organizational tasks (booking taxis, printing/scanning documents, arranging deliveries);
Support the organization of fun corporate events.

Key Qualifications:

Work Authorization in Cyprus, residing in Limassol;
Relevant Experience in a similar role or a strong desire to learn;
Proficiency in English (B2 or higher); Greek language would be a plus;
Highly organized, responsible, and capable of efficient problem-solving;
Friendly and communicative, with a can-do attitude.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 09:30 - 18:00 (holidays according to Cyprus calendar);
