On behalf of our client, an integrated architecture, design, planning, and consulting studio, we are seeking an experienced Senior Architect to join their dynamic team in Larnaca.

Senior Architect - Ref. (5739/SA/ESS/CY)

Location: Larnaca, Cyprus.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed drawings and present design ideas for review.
Develop final construction plans that depict the building’s appearance and construction details.
Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning laws, fire regulations, and planning laws.
Make necessary modifications throughout the planning process.
Supervise architectural projects from inception to completion.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
Minimum 5-7 years of architectural experience.
Proficiency in ArchiCAD, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office.
Strong understanding of building codes, zoning regulations, building construction, building systems, and site requirements.
Ability to provide elegant and efficient design solutions.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
High attention to detail throughout all phases of the project.
Ability to work with indirect supervision, demonstrating effective interpersonal skills and a collaborative management style, including teamwork and team-building abilities.
Technically creative with an open-minded approach to design challenges.
