On behalf of our client, an integrated architecture, design, planning, and consulting studio, we are seeking an experienced Senior Architect to join their dynamic team in Larnaca.
Senior Architect - Ref. (5739/SA/ESS/CY)
Location: Larnaca, Cyprus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed drawings and present design ideas for review.
- Develop final construction plans that depict the building’s appearance and construction details.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning laws, fire regulations, and planning laws.
- Make necessary modifications throughout the planning process.
- Supervise architectural projects from inception to completion.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- Minimum 5-7 years of architectural experience.
- Proficiency in ArchiCAD, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office.
- Strong understanding of building codes, zoning regulations, building construction, building systems, and site requirements.
- Ability to provide elegant and efficient design solutions.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- High attention to detail throughout all phases of the project.
- Ability to work with indirect supervision, demonstrating effective interpersonal skills and a collaborative management style, including teamwork and team-building abilities.
- Technically creative with an open-minded approach to design challenges.
