Job Title: Secretary/Receptionist

Location: Limassol

Job Type: Full-time

On behalf of our client, a boutique Law firm based in Limassol, we are currently looking to hire an experienced Secretary/Receptionist to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist clients and visitors professionally.
Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries.
Schedule appointments and maintain office calendars.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
Prepare and organize legal documents and correspondence.
Maintain office supplies and ensure the reception area is presentable.
Assist attorneys and staff with administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

Previous experience in a receptionist, secretary, or administrative role (preferably in a law firm).
Very good knowledge of English language.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office management tools.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

Good remuneration package and opportunity for advancement will be offered to the successful candidate in accordance with qualifications and experience. 13th salary included.
