On behalf of our client, a dynamic and innovative pharmaceutical company in Nicosia, specializing in medical aesthetic products, we are seeking a Junior Marketing Officer to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in building and shaping the company's marketing department from the ground up, with a particular focus on establishing its digital presence.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should have:

A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience in a marketing role, preferably in the pharmaceutical, medical aesthetics, or healthcare industry (will be considered an advantage).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Canva, and email marketing platforms.
Fluency in English; additional language skills will be considered an advantage.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, content creation, and branding strategies.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Creativity, attention to detail, and a results-driven mindset.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns to promote the company’s medical aesthetic products.
Create and manage the company's social media accounts and website, ensuring engaging and relevant content.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Maintain and update the company's digital presence, ensuring consistency in branding and messaging.
Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, providing insights for continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company guidelines in all marketing activities.
