An International Organisation is seeking a Sales Manager for its operations in Cyprus.
The ideal candidate will be responsible in managing the Sales Department of the Organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy and Execution
- Identify opportunities to expand service offerings or create new client relationships within the country.
- Implement effective sales strategies to achieve business growth in the country.
- Monitor market trends and competition activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Team Leadership and Development
- Collaborate with sales professionals to develop strategic sales plans.
- Provide guidance and support to the sales team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Conduct training sessions to enhance the skills of the sales team.
- Performance Monitoring and Reporting
- Track sales performance metrics and prepare detailed reports for senior management.
- Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from an accredited University.
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the sales industry will be considered as an advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using technology on a day to day basis.
