We’re seeking a Head of Compliance who will lead YNV Group's compliance initiatives across all sectors and regions, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and contractual obligations in diverse, multi-jurisdictional environments. This role involves developing and managing a comprehensive compliance program, providing expert guidance, and supporting business expansion by ensuring compliance with regulatory changes. Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and oversee the compliance program across all sectors and countries of operation.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and contractual obligations in all jurisdictions.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of compliance policies, controls, and procedures.
- Lead compliance audits, investigations, and responses to regulatory inquiries.
- Provide expert guidance on compliance matters to senior management and operational teams.
- Stay updated on regulatory changes and maintain current, effective compliance policies.
- Collaborate with business, legal, HR, and other relevant departments for cohesive compliance management.
- Prepare and present compliance reports to senior management.
- Support business expansion into new markets by ensuring compliance with new regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field is required. Master’s degree is preferred.
- Professional certifications such as CCEP (Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional) or CRCM (Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager) are highly recommended.
- 5–9 years of experience in regulatory compliance, preferably in multi-jurisdictional environments.
- Knowledge of compliance requirements in Technology and/or Financial Services is preferred.
- Familiarity with compliance in Property Management and Hospitality sectors is a bonus.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- High ethical standards and a strong commitment to integrity.
