Position Summary:
As an Account Manager at RedwolfOgilvy, you will be the primary liaison between our clients and our internal teams. Your role will be crucial in ensuring project success by overseeing client accounts, understanding their needs, and delivering effective strategies that meet their objectives. You will manage campaigns end-to-end, from ideation through execution, while ensuring excellent client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, fostering strong, lasting relationships.
- Understand client goals, expectations, and brand positioning to drive effective strategies.
- Regularly update clients on campaign progress and provide feedback on results.
- Project Coordination & Management
- Oversee and coordinate project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring seamless execution.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, strategy, and media, to ensure alignment and deliverables meet client expectations.
- Proactively identify and address any project challenges, maintaining quality and efficiency.
- Strategic Planning & Campaign Development
- Work with clients to develop tailored strategies and marketing plans.
- Contribute ideas and insights to strengthen campaigns, positioning, and overall client outcomes.
- Leverage industry trends and data-driven insights to optimize campaign effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an Account Management role, ideally within an advertising or digital marketing agency.
- Strong client management skills with a focus on building and nurturing relationships.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both in Greek and English.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail and deadlines.
- A strategic thinker with a deep understanding of advertising and brand management.
