Responsibilities:
- Performs measurements on construction sites and other work fields
- Supervises and controls the work and receives materials and equipment
- Addresses on-site project issues
- Undertakes the quality assurance checks of the project
- Maintains the project schedule and timeline
- Ensures the adherence to schedules
- Prepares notes, practices, correspondences and undertakes the necessary monitoring of the technical issues of the project
- Implements safety rules on the construction site
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree from a University or Technological Educational Institute or Diploma n Mechanical Engineering
- At least three (3) years of relevant experience on a construction site
- Experience in a technical or construction company will be considered an additional qualification
- Registration at the Technical Chamber of Greece (TEE) and License to practice the profession of Engineer in the corresponding specialty of the degree
- Knowledge of AutoCAD
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) & Internet
- Availability in case of emergency (upon phone contact)
- Availability of emergency geographical movements
