On behalf of our client, a leading company in the
FMCG industry, we are looking to recruit a
Human Resources Manager.
- Develops and implements HR strategies and policies in alignment with business goals and objectives
- Coordinates and administers all aspects of HR operations such as recruitment, employee onboarding, performance management, compensation, benefits, and offboarding processes
- Ensures compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations and facilitates a smooth transition to the digital card system
- Handles employee relations issues and assists in resolving conflicts and disputes
- Facilitates training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills
- Leads in the development and implementation of HR projects and initiatives
- Collaborates with senior management to understand and addresses the HR needs of the organization
- Remains updated on industry best practices and implements relevant HR initiatives accordingly
Requirements
- BSc in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- MSc will be considered an advantage
- Minimum of six (6) years of HR experience and experience from FMCG/manufacturing
- Strong knowledge and understanding of HR processes and practices
- Excellent understanding of labor laws and regulations
- Knowledge of payroll procedures
- Excellent command of the English language; both written and spoken
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite
