Position: Client Relations Representative
Reporting to: Company Director
Location: Kredo Accounting and Consulting, Nicosia, with domestic and international travel
Position Purpose:
The Client Relations Representative will assist the company director with daily tasks and help ensure operational processes run efficiently. This role focuses on strengthening relationships with existing clients, enhancing client satisfaction, and supporting the director in related tasks. Additionally, the representative will analyze client needs and assist in providing tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relations Duties:
- Plan and manage the company director’s daily tasks.
- Organize meetings, manage the calendar, and ensure effective time management for the director.
- Prepare meeting minutes and share them with relevant parties.
- Manage incoming and outgoing emails and correspondence.
- Perform reporting, filing, and general document management.
- Plan domestic and international travel arrangements (flights, hotels, and transfers).
- Provide necessary information and documents to assist the director in decision-making processes.
- Coordinate with business units to ensure smooth information flow.
Document Management and Translation:
- Prepare all necessary commercial and legal correspondence and translations.
- Maintain and archive documents in an organized manner.
Requirements:
- University graduate. A degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Law is an advantage.
- Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English and Turkish.
- Proficiency in MS Office programs.
- Willingness and ability to travel.
- Strong translation and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and coordination abilities.
