We are currently seeking to recruit a Customer Service Supervisor to be based in the Head Offices of the Group in Nicosia, Cyprus.
What you will do as a Customer Service Supervisor:
• Coordinating the day-to-day activities of customer service operations
• Monitoring employee productivity based on the KPI’s of the company
• Training staff in areas of customer service and company policies
• Providing constructive feedback and coaching to team members
• Organizing work schedule
• Reporting to senior management
We are looking for:
• High School Certificate
• Bachelor’s Degree will be considered an advantage
• 2+ years of work experience in customer service will be beneficial
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Fluent in Greek and English (Dutch and German will be considered an advantage)
• Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office (Excel / Word)
