WE ARE LOOKING FOR
AlchemyTech is looking for an Onboarding Specialist to join our global international team. The Onboarding specialist will be a part of the overseeing the Corporate and Retail onboarding process, ensuring an exceptional Client Journey.
In more detail, theOnboarding specialist will be responsible for:
- Guide clients through the onboarding process, collect necessary documentation and set up accounts accurately and efficiently.
- Provide assistance and support to clients throughout the onboarding journey, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
- Manage payment transactions, including processing bank wires, electronic transfers, credit card transactions, and cryptocurrency payments. Collaborate with finance to resolve payment-related discrepancies and issues.
- Handle client queries and requests via email, phone, and live chat.
- Monitor existing accounts.
- Identify and escalate issues with the relevant teams to ensure a high level of service is provided to customers at all times.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers and identify opportunities to grow business with existing customers.
- File management, ensuring accuracy of data.
- Maintain adequate knowledge of internal systems/processes, identify and control gaps.
- Assist the Operations team with the reporting requirements for each business area and work collaboratively with various departments to ensure ongoing reporting continues to meet business needs.
- Support the design, documentation and development of processes arising from new technology.
- Support management in the production and update of various customer service and operations procedures.
- Identify and escalate inquiries, such as trade issues, to the relevant department promptly.
- Process customer withdrawal and deposit requests.
- Perform any other related duties, as may be required by the Management and/or the direct Supervisor.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR PEOPLE WHO HAVE
- At least 2 years of experience in corporate/ retail onboarding with the financial sector.
- Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Business Administration and/or any other related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and high ethical standards.
