Your Role
As a Customer Sales and Support Agent, your typical duties will include:
Assisting customers via phone, email, and chat Providing detailed product information and resolving customer issues Meeting and exceeding sales targets and goals

Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat Collaborating with team members to achieve sales targets Working Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional additional hours
during peak seasons

Selection Process
This is a relocation job position, and we are looking for candidates who meet the followingrequirements:
Secondary education with a school-leaving examination Follow-up or higher professional education Proficiency in one of the following languages:
Czech: Advanced (C1) Slovak: Advanced (C1)
