Your main purpose
Mission: As a restaurant Supervisor, you will design food and beverage experiences for our guests by providing friendly, efficient, and elegant service.
Management: Coordinate the operation of the restaurant. Train the restaurant team on proper guest service practices in cooperation with the F&B managers. Complete tasks assigned by the Restaurant Manager or the F&B Manager.
Tailored Service: Deliver superior food and beverage service and maximize guest satisfaction. Meet and greet guests, organize table reservations, and offer suggestions on menu and wine choices.
Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:
- Previous experience in managing team within an F&B environment
- Degree / Diploma in Hospitality/ Tourism would be a plus
- Fluency in English, with an additional language being a plus
- Familiarity with day-to-day operations, including food safety regulations, health and safety standards, and restaurant software
- Friendly and passionate personality, capable of seeing value in everyone and everything
