Our client, a leading and highly respected property developer in Cyprus, is seeking to recruit a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Manager to join their dynamic team. This role is pivotal in shaping and executing the company’s marketing strategy, enhancing their brand presence, and driving business growth.
Position’s Duties and Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage the planning and execution of exhibitions and events, including handling bookings and related materials.
- Identify and capitalize on advertising and marketing opportunities to strengthen the company’s market position.
- Design and implement targeted marketing campaigns across social media platforms, ensuring alignment with overall brand objectives.
- Organize and manage the production of promotional materials to support various marketing initiatives.
- Develop briefs and guide the creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and public-facing communications, including print, digital, and video assets.
- Present innovative ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, effectively communicating with senior leadership regarding marketing programs, strategies, and budget considerations.
- Ensure the sales team is equipped with adequate promotional materials, managing orders and stock levels efficiently.
- Update electronic and print materials based on the latest market trends and industry developments.
- Create and distribute newsletters for clients and associates, maintaining strong communication channels.
Positions Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Graphic Design, or any other related field.
- Excellent written and verbal Greek and English.
- 5+ years of proven experience in online marketing and social media strategy, with a track record of successful execution.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Results-driven, with the ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Prior experience in the real estate industry is highly advantageous.

Salary range: €36,000 - €40,000 gross
