We are looking for a
Waiter/ Waitress A to join our team for the summer season 2025!
Main Responsibilities
- Serve food and drinks to guests, ensuring requests and queries are responded to in a timely and friendly manner
- Ensure all cash, charges, floats and till procedures are carried out correctly (attention to detail is key)
- Take and process guests' food and beverage orders using the POS system
- Possess full menu knowledge and ability to verbal it to the guests
- Memorise ingredients for menu items so they can clearly answer questions for guests who have allergies or dietary restrictions
- Follow proper service procedures when delivering food
- Attend daily briefings from management who will explain any special requirements for service
Requirements
- Have at least three years of experience as a Waiter A within hospitality
- Flexibility and adaptability in demanding situations and conditions
- Have a good command of the English Language
- Commitment to delivering high levels of customer service
- Sense of urgency
- Efficient and knowledgeable of our menus and specials
- Team player who communicates well with all colleagues
- Ability to work under pressure
- Tourism or a corresponding school degree is advantageous
- English-Language Certificate
