Your Role:
The General Manager will be instrumental in boosting brand visibility, attracting new clientele, and driving revenue growth for LPM in Mykonos. This role involves a wide range of responsibilities, including marketing, communication, and social media management.
What You’ll Do:
As the General Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing daily operations of the restaurant and bar
- Maintaining the highest standards of service, quality, and cleanliness
- Leading, mentoring, and inspiring the team to achieve excellence
- Implementing and adhering to company policies and procedures
- Managing budgets, financial reports, and cost-control measures
- Developing and executing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Building and nurturing positive relationships with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders
What You’ll Need:
- Proven experience as a General Manager in the hospitality industry, ideally in upscale dining or similar environments, specifically in the Mykonos market. 🌊
- Strong leadership and communication skills 🌟

- A passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences
